Placing an Order

How do I place my order?

From the Design Center, you are able to design your own product. You can upload your art, choose your preferred product, color, and select the sizes and quantities you require. Once you have completed, you may proceed to Checkout. Alternatively, choose a product you wish to purchase, and you will be contacted by a sales representative to determine what designs you will require on your newly purchased products.

Can I get a sample before I place my order?

If you would like a sample of a product – blank or printed – before ordering, give us a call at (435) 673-0263, and one of our service representatives will be happy to arrange shipment of a sample, usually for a small fee plus shipping costs, whenever possible.

How can I get a price quote?

Simply click on the button below to open up Power Image’s all-inclusive Quick Quote tool, then follow the prompts to enter your style, color, ink colors, and quantity. When you’re done, click “Total” to see your all-inclusive price! Additionally, once you get a quote in the Design Center, your price quote updates live under your design as you create.

What happens to my order after it is placed?

Each order is reviewed by at least two members of the Power Image production team who make sure your design is perfect and ready for print. Your products are then decorated using screen printing for quantities of six or more, digital printing for quantities fewer than six, or embroidery, and shipped to your door by a guaranteed delivery date.

When will I receive my order?

For T-shirts and most apparel, standard delivery within the contiguous 48 United States is 14 days, and rush orders are delivered in 7 days, from the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door! Call (435) 673-0263 or email us to inquire about super-rush if you need it even faster, or about delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

What is all-inclusive pricing?

Power Image’s all-inclusive pricing ensures that you won’t be surprised by any hidden fees – even standard shipping is free on orders of $50.00 or more, and you will never pay “artwork” or “set-up” fees like you do with many of our competitors. The price you see on the screen is the price you pay!

How is my price determined?

Power Image’s pricing for each order is based on the product, quantity, printing method, number of ink colors (for screen printing), and one sided vs. two sided printing. Additionally, this pricing is all-inclusive, meaning that all costs (artwork fees, set-up fees, etc.) are already factored into our prices, and shipping is FREE!

Can I order my design on multiple shirt styles and/or colors?

As long as your design is the same on all, Power Image can help you change it up with different shirt colors and styles. Give us a call at (435) 673-0263 with this request and we’ll make sure you save money on your order.

How many do I have to order?

With Power Image’s “no minimum” digital printing service, you can print just one, and this printing method is available on some of our most popular styles! For apparel screen printing, the minimum order quantity is 6, while the minimum for embroidery is 12. Minimum quantity information for each of our products can be found in the product catalog.

What is the difference between screen printing and digital printing?

Screen printing involves creating a stencil of your design, then using that stencil to apply ink in layers onto a product. Digital printing takes your design straight from the computer and prints it directly onto your garment, as if you had a desktop printer that printed on clothing instead of paper.

How do I retrieve a past design?

In order to retrieve a design you saved during a previous visit to PowerUpYourImage.com, simply go to our Retrieve Design page and enter your email address. Then, select the design you want to edit/purchase from the list.

Printing

Do you keep my design on file?

Yes, we keep all your designs on file. They are available to you at any time.

How do I design on the sleeve, side of leg, or hood?

Yes, Power Image offers printing on sleeves, sides of pant legs, and hoods! Simply call us at (435) 673-0263 to request this type of printing. Once we process your order, we’ll email you a picture proof that shows the sleeve/leg/hood print in full detail, so you can feel confident that your design will turn out perfectly.

Where is Power Image located?

Power Image is located at 335 South Bluff Street, St. George, Utah 84770. Even though we are located in Southern Utah, Power Image serves customers all across the United States and Canada!

What are your customer service hours?

Real, live help is available 7 days a week at (435) 673-0263, from 8:00am-6:00pm MST Monday-Friday.

What payment methods do you accept?

Whether online or over the phone, you can place your order using a credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover), your checking account, or a purchase order if approved for credit (generally for large institutions, such as schools or government agencies). When invoiced for a PO, you may pay by check or credit or debit card.

Do I get a price break as my order gets larger?

Power Image always offers bulk quantity pricing, meaning that as you increase your order quantity, the price per piece will go down. If you’re ordering the same design, but want it printed on different colors or styles, call us at (435) 673-0263 and we’ll always make sure you still get bulk quantity pricing.

What is your return policy?

Since every situation is different, please call Power Image at (435) 673-0263 if you’re dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Generally, if there is something wrong with your order or if it arrives later than promised, then we’ll work to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 15 days of receiving your order.
